Opening Hours

Our sales office is open between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Our dedicated Customer Service Team can assist with all enquiries. Please call 01953 851900 to talk to our dedicated sales team.


Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards at checkout – SURREYDOWN.CO.UK will feature on your card statement. You may also make payment using your Paypal account or by using Pay in 3 offered through your Paypal account (Paypal T&C’s apply.) All orders must be paid for in full before they will be dispatched.


VAT is included in all prices displayed on the website.


To Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands) all orders over £30.00 are delivered free of charge. If you order is under £30.00 your order will incur a deliver charge of £6.00 (inc VAT.)

To Northern Ireland all orders will incur a delivery charge of £16.20

To Republic of Ireland all orders will incur a delivery charge of £16.20

Please contact our sales team for carriage charges outside the UK mainland and Ireland.


We do our best to ship orders promptly, but in the event of late delivery we cannot take responsibility for any consequential loss incurred. Delivery is based on a standard 24/48 hour service. Special delivery services are available and will be charged for at the appropriate rate. Our sales team will be pleased to quote you the charges.


In the unlikely event of delivery shortages, please notify us within 3 days of receipt, otherwise we cannot accept responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days to return an order if you change your mind – the goods are to be returned at the buyers expense. Only goods that have not been used and are still in their original packaging can be returned if you have changed your mind. Please use the refund form enclosed with your order when you send your item back to us.

Any items that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The exception to this is if there is a manufacturing fault.

If you need to return an item please reach out to us at where a member of our sales team will be happy to help. Refunds will be processed once goods have been received back to our warehouse and have had a quality inspection.

A full refund or exchange will be given less any delivery charges – subject to all the above criteria being met. Refunds will only be issued back to the method of payment used when placing the original order.
